内容简介：
动画片《万事通戴帽子的猫 The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That》改编自世界儿童文学作家苏斯博士的名著《戴帽子的猫》，由Portfolio娱乐公司、Collingwood O’Hare制作公司联合苏斯博士企业、兰登书屋出版公司共同制作完成。
原著《戴帽子的猫》出版于1957年，全书只用了236个单词，向学龄前和幼儿园的小朋友介绍科普知识，是一部对英语儿童文学产生巨大影响的著作，畅销全球。动画系列秉承原著探索自然的精神，同时教导孩子们关于词汇和生活中必须的技巧等常识。
戴帽子的猫有两个邻居，他们是6岁的Nick和Sally，这两个小邻居总是有些稀奇古怪的问题。每次戴帽子的猫总是驾驶神奇飞船”Thinga-ma-jigger”，带着Nick、Sally和小鱼一起进行科学探险，例如：缩小成蜜蜂大小钻进蜂巢里观察蜂蜜的制作。通过探索科学和自然的世界，解开一个个问题。
